The
Co-ordination Process :
|
| Once
the plan is laid out, we get on with
the co-ordination. Vendors are assigned
their tasks. Samples relating to food,
gifts and accessories, stationery etc
are presented. Negotiations and the
signing of the event contract is carried
out. A continuous update pertaining
to the co-ordination process is generated.
Issues, if any, are taken up and changes
specified from your end are taken care
of. The co-ordination phase builds the
base from where we get cracking on your
wedding programme. |

Implementation
:

| The
wedding itinerary is now ready to unfold.
We ensure that what has been so meticulously
planned is appropriately delivered.
Outstation guests are received at the
Airport / Railway station and transported
to the Hotel. They are given a warm
welcome by our specially trained hostesses
and then assisted by our Team whenever
required. Programme cards are provided
in each room, guiding them through the
rest of their stay. The flow of events
then begin, as planned. |

| Proposal
:
Depending on your budget, theme and venue
selection, entertainment wishlist, cuisine
etc., we draw up an Event Proposal.
Gifts &
Stationary
We generate gifts and stationery in accordance
with the selected theme. Create a dress
code for the hostesses if required.

Florist
Engage our specialized florist to
create the apt floral arrangement
for the theme. Rare, high quality
flowers could be acquired from various
parts of the world to set off the
theme if necessary.

Decor
Engage our highly experienced team
of decorators to provide their specialized
inputs at the specified areas. It
would be our job to effectively transform
the Hotel lawns into a mega Palace
courtyard, depending upon the theme
selected.

| Lighting
Yet another important factor is lighting.
A host of options can be procured
depending upon the theme. We could
have innovative ‘diyas’
or a floating light arrangement. Old
fashioned gas lanterns as well as
modern pyrotechnic lights could be
used for the event.

| Cuisine
An extensive range of cuisine is offered,
ranging from traditional Rajasthani to the
world favourite Thai, Japanese, Continental
and Lebanese fare. Food sampling is facilitated
as and when required.
